I wanted to do a simple makeup look inspired by the 4th of July. I sometimes feel that red can be a little harsh worn on the eyes, so the way I achieve a red, white, and blue makeup look was using neutral colors on the lid with a pop of blue eyeliner with a silvery white as a highlight to the tear duct and a red lip.
