Hair Regimen/Products Used (Relaxed Hair)

As you probably know by now I love rocking a side pony tail, so if you're curious to see my hair growth from then to now, just check out my older videos from last year.  You can clearly see how short my hair was last year (shoulder length) up till now (between arm pit length and bra strap length).  I've been on a healthy hair journey for a year now so you can see my progress and I'm extremely happy with it.  I pretty much do the normal protective styles with my hair, but I think what really helped my hair grow was wearing my hair in a bun for practically the whole fall and winner.  I do have my hair in other styles, but because I live in such a cold dry climate it can be hard on your hair so I tend to bun in the colder months.  When I do my next hair update video I will include pictures from when I started.

Moisturize and seal

Monthly:
Wash with a clarifying shampoo
Heavy protein treatment
Blow dry/flat iron

Relax every 12-14 weeks

Sundays:
Prepoo with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil with a plastic cap
Shampoo
Deep Condition with a light protein conditioner for 20mins under a hooded dryer
Apply my leave ins
Air dry
Oil my scalp with Jamaican Black Castor Oil
Moisturize and seal

Wednesdays:
Deep Condition on dry hair with a moisturizing conditioner overnight
Co-wash the next morning
Apply my leave ins
Air dry
Oil my scalp with Jamaican Black Castor Oil
Moisturize and seal

Smokey Night
