Cloudy with a Chance of Smoky Eye

I was was requested to do a look using this smoky compact, I really like the look but it reminds me of cloudiness rather than smoky hence the title. In all I like the compact but I feel that elf has came out with much better smoky quads, compact, & palettes than this one.
