Spring Forward

I was doing some shopping in Ross for some new spring tops and I came across this colorful diagonal stripe top.  The colors just jumped out at me, so instantly makeup came to mind (I know I have a problem).  I came up with this bright fun colorful look, perfect for the spring.  I hope you enjoy (tutorial video below) ❤
