I wanted to do a look with some of the new products by elf, so I decided to use the NYC baked eye shadow palette. I really love this palette, gorgeous deep colors with some light wearable colors as well. I wanted this look to be more of a dark glitzy glam look because when I think of New York, those are the type of colors that come to mind.
