This
look is dedicated to all my Wizard of Oz fans out there, I’m a big fan of the
movie so when Urban Decay released the new limited edition palettes designed
after the movie I had to get it. I
choose only to get the Theodora palette because the colors bet suite my skin
tone plus this palette is more everyday color so it will get some use. I really hope you like the look I came up
with, I wanted the focus to be the lower lid with the gold. Tutorial video below =)
